The only professional bodybuilder from India takes the stage.

Across our travels for filming Generation Iron 3, we landed in India to find that there was only one official IFBB Pro bodybuilder in from that country. His name – Varinder Singh Ghuman. His mission – to put India on the map internationally in the bodybuilding world.

Trained and mentored by Sheru Aangrish, who is also the founder and promoter of the massive Sheru Classic bodybuilding events, Generation Iron 3 follows Varinder’s journey to compete in the San Marino Pro 2018. Check out this first look at Varinder in Generation Iron 3 above!
