Christina Bitner enjoyed a successful career as a bodybuilder and fitness influencer.

IFBB pro Christina Bitner has passed away at 41 years old, according to multiple reports. Her obituary claims that she died “suddenly” but a cause has not been shared at this time.

Bitner, who hailed from San Antonio, competed in the Women’s Physique division while also becoming a popular influencer in the fitness world. She was born and raised in Texas where she found a passion for fitness at a young age. Bitner was able to turn this into a successful career.

“She was a true light in every room… she had the kindest heart and always tried to make everyone smile and laugh.”

The Career of Christina Bitner

Christina Bitner began competing in the Women’s Physique division in 2019. She finished fourth at the Puerto Rico Pro that year before an eighth-place finish at the Atlantic Coast Masters Pro.

Bitner would go onto compete twice in 2020 and 2021. She impressed during the 2020 Tampa Pro with a fourth-place finish before taking the stage at the New York Pro. Bitner competed at some of the most high-profile shows during her peak on stage.

In 2021, she took the stage during the Puerto Rico Pro once again before the Europa Phoenix Pro.

“Christina was more than just a fitness professional—she was a force. As an IFBB Women’s Physique Pro, she stood out not just for her incredible physique and dedication to her craft, but for her humility, kindness, and encouragement toward others in the sport.”

While competing on stage, Christina Bitner also became a popular influencer on social media, approaching 100,000 followers on Instagram. She was coached by John Jewett as she worked to reach different goals during her career. Bitner was not only a competitor but she worked with others to help them build the best version of themselves as well.

“She inspired countless women to find strength, both physical and emotional, and was always willing to offer guidance, support, or simply a word of motivation to those following in her footsteps.”

Bitner continued her life in San Antonio post bodybuilding with her husband, Brent, and her children. Many have took to social media to share messages about Bitner and the impact she had on others.
