Wrist Rotations With Barbell (Forearms) – Exercise Guide

Equipment needed: Barbell
1. Hold a barbell with both hands palms facing down; hands shoulder width apart. This is your starting position.
2. Alternating each of your hands, perform the movement by extending the wrist in a rolling motion. Continue alternating back and forth until failure.
3. Now reverse the motion by flexing your wrist rolling in the opposite direction. Continue the alternating until failure.
