Bodybuilder attempts 12 influencer core workouts in one day and nearly threw up.

YouTuber MattDoesFitness realized that he was neglecting to train his abs during quarantine. To expedite his missing ab training by doing a two-week ab workout program from Chloe Ting. Matt started a challenge that is physically exhausting. He gave himself a task to complete the entire program that consists of 12 workouts in just one day.

The exercises includes leg raises, Russian twists, mountain climbers, crunches, up and down plank, plank jacks, heel tap, reverse crunch leg extensions, straight leg crunches, in and outs, and plank with hip dips. The entire workout program consist of 30 second, supersets of two moves, with 10 second breaks between each set.

After completing his first workout, Matt was not positive of completing the other 11 workouts. He says it was tiring and sweaty. By the third workout, it started to take a toll on him physically. As the day continued, Matt found that the workouts were getting him down, not only on his abs but he realized that his cardio is not up to par.

“The bigger issue is just boredom, I’m doing the same thing over and over again, it friggin’ sucks,” says Matt.

As he reached the midway point, he pledges that he would never train his abs again. As he reached the ninth workout, his plan was to speed through the others back to back. As he got to workout 10, he then realized it that it was not a good idea to try to speed through it. He says that he felt like he was going to throw up. This makes him stop and call the quits at workout 10.

He says that the 10 ab workouts are like doing six months worth of volume in one day.
