Whether it’s because you want to see your favorite TV show or you’re attacking some additional work you never finished at the office, if you lose sleep then you’re setting yourself up for a fall. Put all that stuff to the side and make sure you get some rest. It’s the best way to recover physically from a hard workout not to mention mental healing for the muscle that counts most.
