4. Cedric McMillan
Though we may feel that he has, arguably, the most impressive physique on this list, history has shown that when it comes to competitions – McMillan has done less than stellar by top tier standards. He took fourth place at the Arnold Sports Festival and the Classic in Australia and unless he’s made some differentiation to his physique since then will likely take fourth in Brazil as well.
