Here are the full results from the 2023 Britain’s Strongest Man!

The 2023 Britain’s Strongest Man competition was held on Jan. 26, giving some elite strongmen a chance to grab the title. There was a total of five events that took place over the course of the day and it was Adam Bishop who proved victorious in the end.

Bishop claimed his second title at the event, also winning back in 2020. Gavin Bilton finished second while Graham Hicks was third.

Deadlift Ladder

The deadlift ladder was the first event of the day. It required competitors to perform deadlifts with the weight going up in weight down the line. Bishop completed all five lifts in the quickest time, finishing three seconds ahead of Hicks.

Car Walk

The car walk is a classic Strongman competition. Athletes stepped in a specialized car and were required to pick it up and walk the course in the fastest time. Bishop earned his second victory by competing the walk 1.3 seconds ahead of Paul Smith.

The Viking Press is a shoulder strength test as competitors fought to complete the most reps with the weight. Smith was victorious by completing 13 reps, which was one better than Hicks, Bilton, and Ryan Bennett.
