Here are the full results from the 2024 Shaw Classic!

The 2024 Shaw Classic took place over the weekend. Loveland, CO was the site where multiple divisions took the stage to compete in seven events. The competition is now complete and full results can be found below.

  • Second Place – Nicholas Guardione, 50
  • Third Place – Tim Buck, 47

2024 Shaw Classic Event Results

Event One – Log Lift

The first even of the competition was the Log lift. This is where competitors lifted massive logs overhead for as many reps as possible within 60 seconds. The log weighed 147kg (324lb) for the men and 91kg (200lb) for women.

Event Two – Farmer’s Walk

The Farmer’s Walk was next on the list where athletes performed two legs. Each competitor was asked to carry the first implement 15 meters before picking up a heavier weight for another length of 15 meters. The men used weights of 147kg (324lb) and 170kg (374lb). Women lifted 102kg (225lb) and 113kg (249lb).

Event Three – Sack & Sled Medley

The Sack & Sled medley was another timed event that was broken up into three parts. The athletes were asked to carry two sandbags that varied in weight for the first two legs of the event. To finish, they pushed a sled across the finish line. All distances were 12 meters.

Event Four – Dumbbell Press

The Dumbbell Press asked competitors to overhead press one dumbbell for as many reps as possible within 75 seconds. The men used a weight of 102kg (225lb) while the women used a dumbbell of 57kg (125lb).

The Hummer Tire Deadlift was the penultimate event of the competition. It was an attempt for competitors to find their max deadlift.

The final event of the competition was a Strongman classic. The Atlas Stones ranged in weight and required athletes to lift each one onto platforms.
