Who won at the 2024 Wales Strongest Man?
The 2024 Wales Strongest Man competition crowned its champion on July 21, 2024, in Cardiff, Wales. The competition saw fourteen strongman athletes compete in five different events to determine the champion. The competition was closely contested between the fourteen athletes but it would be one who narrowly beat out the others to become the strongest man in Wales.
When it was all said and done it would be Jacob Brooke who would stand atop the podium. Brooke beat out second-place winner Matt Dimond by a single point. Brooke scored 53 to Dimond’s 52 points. Third place would be shared by Mark Jeanes and Jamie Nelson who had an identical score of 51 points. Below is a full list of results for the competition.

Husafell Sack Carry
Each strongman was tasked with carrying a 125-kilogram sack shaped like the Husafell Stone three lengths of a 30-meter course for the fastest possible time within a 75-second time limit.
