WWE Legend Ric Flair Still Deadlifting Insane Weight At 75 Years Old

Ric Flair has maintained crazy strength and showed it off in the gym.

Ric Flair is one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all-time. His career spanned decades where he became known for his incredible physical ability along with prowess on the microphone. At 75 years old, Flair continues to show off his insane strength with a heavy deadlift in the gym.

Flair was an incredible athlete from early in his life. He was a standout wrestler and football player in high school. He won the state private school wrestling championship in 1966 and 1968. Flair was also recruited to play football by the University of Minnesota.

Flair quickly realized he wanted to create a career in professional wrestling and made his debut in 1972. He bounced around before making his debut in WWE in September of 1991. This is where Flair thrived using his in-ring skill along with charisma and personality on the mic. Flair is recognized as a 16-time World Champion. This consists of being an eight-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion, six-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion, and two-time WWF Champion.

Ric Flair Deadlifts Crazy Weight In The Gym

Ric Flair continues to follow a strict diet plan to keep his health in check. He has dealt with different health issues due to alcohol abuse. In 2019, Flair underwent surgery for an undisclosed health issue, at the time.

Flair has since created a diet plan that limits carbs and is full of protein, along with a supplement stack of 1cc of testosterone per week. Along with this plan, Flair has kept his physique in top shape at 75.
