Dennis Kohlruss continues to be the man to beat during Germany’s Strongest Man!
The 2025 Germany’s Strongest Man competition took place on Saturday in Steinmauern, Germany. A total of 12 competitors took part in an action-packed day with seven events to see who would be crowned champion. 2023 Germany’s Strongest Man
In the end, the former Germany’s Strongest man (GSM) champion, Dennis Kohlruss continued his domination at the show winning his fifth consecutive title. He cruised to victory with 20 points, which was 11 less than the runner-up Dennis Schafer. In this competition, the athlete with the least amount of points was victorious. The winner from each event would earn one point with the person who finished in last being granted 12.

Event One – Log Lift
The first event of the competition was the Log Lift. Athletes had a chance to lift either a 140kg or 160kg log for as many reps as possible. The competitors who went with the heaviest log were graded higher in the end.

The Car Deadlift asked competitors to lift as much as possible. They used a special machine that had athletes deadlift a car. Each round, the weight would be increased until they reached their max.
