Tristain Hoath Wins 2025 SCL USA: Full Results & Event Recap

Tristain Hoath earned the tiebreaker and took home the title during the SCL USA.

The 2025 Strongman Champions League USA took place over the weekend in Ohio with 13 competitors battling for the overall title during seven events.

In the end, Tristain Hoath and Nick Wortham ended the day with 75.5 points. Hoath was able to win the title by earning the tiebreaker with two victories, including the final even of the day.

Event One – Construction Medley

The competition began with the Construction Medley. Athletes were asked to move five weights across the finish line in the fastest amount of time. Weights of the objects were not shared.

  3. CJ Allen – 5 in 61.69 seconds

Event Two – Front Hold

The Front Hold was next where competitors were timed holding a 55kg (121.3lb) keg for as long as possible.

Event Three – Keg Toss

The Keg Toss was up next. Strongmen were tasked with tossing six kegs, weighing from 45kg to 75kg, over a target set at a specific height.

Event Four – Ferry Pull

The fourth event of the day was the Ferry Pull. This interesting event asked competitors to pull a 27,000-pound Ferry across a 20-meter track. This event had a 90-second time limit.

Event Five – Truck Pull

The Truck Pull was the second major pull of the event. This time, it was a 35,000-pound truck being dragged across the 20-meter track.

  3. Kevin Hazeleger – 36.65 seconds
  4. CJ Allen – 38.71 seconds

Event Six – Deadlift

The penultimate event of the competition was the deadlift. This was an event judged by reps with an 880-pound weight. Competitors were given 60 seconds to complete the most amount of reps.

The final event of the day was a staple in Strongman — Atlas Stones. The weight started at 120kg and went up to 200kg.
