Michelle Fredua-Mensah wins Fitness at the 2026 Arnold Classic!
The 2026 Arnold Classic began crowning champions on Friday night and the Fitness division was at the forefront. In the end, Michelle Fredua-Mensah continued her dominance and won the Arnold Fitness title.

Fredua-Mensah finished as the runner-up last year in Columbus. With reigning champion Jaclyn Baker out of the mix, the door was left wide open. Regardless, Fredua-Mensah burst through that door during the Olympia as she won her first title in October. This made her the favorite heading into the Arnold and she did not disappoint.
Both Amber Steffen and Allison Kramer showed incredible physiques during prejudging and put together routines capable of winning the title. This duo finished second and third respectively. Below, check out the full results from the Fitness division.
