Wesley Vissers wins Classic Physique at the 2026 Arnold Classic!

The Classic Physique division was the headliner of the 2026 Arnold Classic on Friday night. It was a loaded division with plenty of star power and it showed from prejudging. In the end, Wesley Vissers was dominant in his return and brought his best package to win his second Arnold Classic title.

The Classic Physique division saw a major shakeup take place before the competition began. Mike Sommerfeld reportedly did not make weight during the official check-in and did not take the stage during the event. This left the door open for many competitors to step up and compete for the title that he left behind.

From the early stages of prejudging, it was clear that Vissers and Matheus Menegate would battle it out for the title. Vissers won the Arnold Classic back in 2024. He fell down the scorecard in recent competitions, leading to a short hiatus from competing. Vissers went back to work and made necessary improvements to his physique. In the end, it proved to be exactly what he needed as he was crowned Arnold Classic champ once again.
