Sasan Heirati Wins Men’s Open Title At 2026 California State Pro
The 2026 California State Pro took place on Saturday, May 23 in Anaheim, California with Men’s Open competitors battling for a qualification to the 2026 Mr. Olympia. In the end, it was Sasan Heirati who emerged victorious, securing gold after a strong showing against a deep lineup that included Wellington Baptista, Lucas Carroll, and Patrick Moore.
Heirati has quickly become one of the hottest names in Men’s Open bodybuilding. After several close calls throughout the 2025 season, including a runner-up finish to Regan Grimes at the California State Pro and a win later in the year at the Toronto Pro Supershow, Heirati has continued to build momentum with his massive size and improved conditioning. The UK standout has steadily climbed the ranks as a legitimate Olympia threat and now adds another major title to his growing resume.
