Good things come in small packages.

The next time you don’t want to get out of bed or have some delusion of why you can’t achieve your dreams, we want you to remember this quote, “weakness is a choice”. This is theme of 3’7″ bodybuilder Caleb Mutombo.

Mutombo suffers from a disability that prevented him from growing at a normal rate, and he completely stopped growing by the time he was 14 years old. However, that didn’t stop him from pursuing life as a bodybuilder. By the age of 12 Caleb was lifting everything from “coffee tables to bags of books”; by the age of 16 Caleb was in the gym full time lifting heavier weights than men twice his size

“I love to see my body grow and feel full of energy and fit at the same time,”

Caleb however didn’t build up his mental fortitude overnight. Hailing from some of the meanest streets in Johannesburg, South Africa via the way of the Congo, Caleb faced a lot of discrimination and hardship trying to fulfill his uncanny dream a lot of people didn’t believe I could do it,” Caleb said. I faced negativity and prejudice”, “I focus on doing my best and not measuring myself against other people’s best,”

At 78 lbs Caleb works out 5 days a week and is aiming to inspire people through personal training like his idol – Arnold Schwarzenegger.

What do you think of this pint sized bodybuilder, would you train at his gym?
