A true ambassador for bodybuilding and a student of the old school, Rory Leidelmeyer is one of the rare breed. In his heyday is was not only well muscled, but absolutely diced and shredded, always looking to bring a balanced physique to the stage every time he competed.
Like many of the old school bodybuilders who reached prominence, Rory Leidelmeyer looked on the endeavor of building muscle as more than simply cosmetic. It was about pushing yourself to the limit and proving that you can push past even the heaviest lifts. It was also about creating art, something that a great deal of modern bodybuilders refuse to consider when building their own bodies.
While many bodybuilders fall off the wagon and lose themselves after retiring from competition, Rory Leidelmeyer is still keeping himself in some phenomenal condition. He sticks to what got him to the dance in the first place and continues to maintain an extremely well muscled physique even at the age of 61!
