Meal 1 – 480 calories (25g protein, 70g carbs, 14g fats)
Alex Eubank begins his day around noon, which is the first meal of the day. He begins with a lighter meal, which is a common method that he uses.

“For me, earlier in the day, I focus more on lighter meals. Then, I keep a lot of my carbs around my pre-workout, post-workout and then I have a lot of my protein heavier later in the evening because I want to be satiated.”
Meal 2 – 777 calories (78g protein, 57g carbs, 24g fats)
The second meal of the day was simple and included beef and potatoes.

Meal 4
After his workout, Eubank eats a protein pancake. He did not share the macros and did not measure the ingredients but explains how he made it.
