Amanda Lawrence shows amazing strength.

Powerlifting champion Amanda Lawrence is a force to be reckoned with. The IPF 84kg world champion has proven her proficiency in the big three lifts time and again. It should then come as no surprise that Lawrence has been recognized as the greatest female lifter in powerlifting.

The 2020 Female Lifter of the Year (tested) is Amanda Lawrence.

Amanda gained one hell of a spread on her competition at the Gainsgiving Open in November. She bested the IPF World record (which she holds) by 33 kg, totalling an incredible 646 kg (1,422 lbs) in the 84 kg class.

How great was her performance? It was the single biggest total in any IPF affiliate World wide, regardless of weight class. It was the highest GoodLift Points in the IPF of 2020. In fact, it was the highest GoodLift Points of all-time.

Quite simply, she competed once and was still able to best anything anyone else did. It was a 9/9 performance that made history, and made her the 2020 Lifter of the year.

Amanda Lawrence showcased her strength in a recent video once again displaying her amazing strength and proficiency in the big three lifts.

Ventured out of the bunker today to meet up with the squad ? the boiz we’re looking strong today @joeyflexx7

Took 525LBS for my top single then 460LBS for my backoff 3×8 ? Squats have been feelin’ a lil rusty after taking a couple weeks off them post meet, but are starting to come back!

Bench I ended up hitting a top single @ 290LBS (hips were loose ?) then backoff triples @ 265LBS. Also hit some belt squat 10’s & reverse hyper 15’s after! ?
