One championship women’s strawweight champion Angela Lee is making waves for more than just her inside the octagon domination. Coming off of a Unanimous decision win over 24 fight vet, Mai Yamaguchi, Angela Lee is truly “winning”, recently signing a six figure deal with the One championship organization. This makes her one of the top paid fighters in the organization, man or woman.

“I’m very happy and grateful to be receiving the same treatment as the other world champions in ONE. I am so proud to be in an organization that embraces diversity, promotes equality, and exemplifies moral values. I hope that more organizations will look to follow in ONE Championship’s footsteps.”

While it’s not known exactly how much she will be receiving, rumorville is saying she’s now ahead of UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk, and UFC draw Cris “Cyborg” Justino who received 110,000 for her last bout.

So what does a 19 year old making over six figures at the top of her game spend all that money on? Not what you think.

“My parents have always provided me with everything I needed and more. It makes me very happy to know that I will soon be able to help take care of my family and pay back my parents for everything that they have done for me.”
