Arnold Classic 2020: Big Ramy is Looking Ready to Dominate the Field

Big Ramy is ready ton conquer at the 2020 Arnold Classic.

One of the front runners to win at the 2020 Arnold Classic, Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay has been hard at work making improvements to his already unreal physique.

While Big Ramy has always impressed with his monstrous size, that very feature of his physique has held him back from claiming the top honors at the Olympia. He may cut a very impressive and bold figure on stage, but he was missing the lines and definition that would have carried him to total victory.

After coming in fifth at the 2018 Olympia, Big Ramy decided to take time away from competition, opting to bow out of the 2019 show. As such, Big Ramy has been hard at work cutting muscle and fat to attain a more streamline and shredded physique. His recent posts on social media point to a Big Ramy who is ready to ditch the “Biggest Man on Stage” schtick and switch other to attaining the total package.

This recent training clip of Big Ramy shows the Egyptian bodybuilder working chest with a relish.

If the other competitors hope to contend with Big Ramy then they’re going to have to bring this same level of intensity to their training.
