2021 Arnold Sports Festival to Host Strict Curl Competition

The strict curl challenge is coming to the 2021 Arnold Sports Festival.

The strict curl. It seems to be the one exercise that has been all the rage in 2020. Everyone has been trying their hand at the strict curl with different motivations in mind.

Jeff Caviliere recently took on the strict curl challenge cheered on by CT Fletcher. Caviliere isn’t alone in this endeavor. Larry Wheels has been gunning for the strict curl world record with gusto. Larry Wheels is actually getting pretty close.

Even Arnold Schwarzenegger has gotten in on the fun.

It appears that the legendary bodybuilder has enjoyed the strict curl challenge so much that he’s decided to add an event devoted to it at the 2021 Arnold Sports Festival.

The event will be hosted by Struct Curl Nation and will likely feature a wide variety of competitors. Here’s what was posted on the official Arnold Sports Festival website about the event.

“Strict Curl Nation© brings to the stage the worldwide phenomenon with the Strict Curl Nation Arnold Invitational showcasing elite-caliber athletes that epitomize the sport,” the Arnold Sports Festival website reads.

“We are pleased to elevate this sport to an entire new audience with this incredible, live opportunity for Arnold Sports Festival audiences. Featuring exclusive performances by international athletes and federations for the very first time in what is sure to become a headlining, annual event!”
