Sick vs Training.
Is being sick and training in the gym a bad thing?  Often times we push ourselves to the limit to get our gains by any means necessary. That means sometimes doing things that aren’t always recommended – like training while you are sick. But is this really a good thing? Or should you give it a rest until you recover? An average person would obviously answer by saying – “Wait until you get better!” But what if you are a hardcore bodybuilder?
