It’s no secret that Ben Pakulski has a different method of training than the traditional bodybuilder. You can look at someone like Branch Warren – who trains with reckless abandon and think, “That’s what lifting for a bodybuilder is all about.” He might be an extreme case of intensity in the gym – but if that’s true then Ben Pakulski is an extreme case of the opposite. B-Pak sports a largely science based approach to bodybuilding unlike any other bodybuilder. This unusual method might seem to sterile for some – but you can’t argue with the results.
