Citrus Fruits
Many citrus fruits are high in vitamin C. For that reason, oranges, grapefruits, and other citrus fruits are great foods for combating body fat. Why? Vitamin C oxidizes or burns body fat. The higher the vitamin c content within the body, the more body fat is burned. This makes citrus fruits a great pre-workout food as it will fuel your workout with carbs while at the same time burning fat while you work.
