Big Ramy is already making more gains.
The 2017 Olympia left a ton of controversy in it’s wake. Many in attendance and at home believed that Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay should have won the title of Mr. Olympia at this past year’s show. But now that’s all in the past and Big Ramy is choosing to move on rather than think on what could have been.
As we near the end of 2017, Big Ramy has already qualified for the 2018 Olympia, meaning that he’ll have a ton of time to improve upon his mistakes this off season. That’s no to say he won’t compete again before then, but a likely scenario is that he’ll be training all year to fine tune the details that will see him usurping Phil Heath from the thrown and becoming the next Open Weight Olympia champion.
From the looks of things, it seems that Big Ramy is already beginning his off season journey towards perfection. In the last few weeks it seems that Big Ramy is remaining in incredible condition as well as adding size to his already massive frame. Take a look at the progress pic below that showcases Big Ramy in all his muscled glory.
