Big Ramy shows off impressive physique update weeks out from the Olympia.
Two time Mr. Olympia and reigning champion Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay recently revealed an impressive physique ahead of the 2022 Olympia.
It appears that Big Ramy has reached a whole new level in his prep for the 2022 Olympia. Looking to defend his Mr. Olympia title, Big Ramy is pulling out all the stops ahead of the the big show. That means proper training, proper diet, the indomitable will to overcome all challenges.
While he hasn’t frequently posted on social media with physique updates throughout the year, it appears that Big Ramy is making up for it in recents weeks. With the 2022 Olympia weeks away, Big Ramy is fine tuning his preparation and finalizing his look for the show. From the looks of things he’s not too far off and looks poised to dominate the field.
Impressive Physique Update
A recent update from his coach Chad Nicholls says it all. The nutrition coach for Big Ramy seems completely floored by the two-time Olympia champion’s current physique. And before you start screaming “bias”, Nicholls backed the reaction by bringing some receipts.

Big Ramy is clearly the favorite to dominate the 2022 Olympia and with good reason. This recent physique update only backs that assertion. Is physique update should have challenges worried. At this point they are all clearly battling for second place.
