Wow. Don’t ever let anyone to slap you hard!!

Sometimes people need to get pumped up before a set. This can lead to motivational yelling with your spotter or lifting crew. Some people even get physical – slapping each other to “wake up” and be more energized. That’s exactly what this spotter did for his fellow lifter… except he might have went too far. Watch this guy completely collapse right before an attempt at some deadlifts.

I guess this guy had a little TOO much motivation?
