Blessing Awodibu and Kai Greene recently joined forces for an intense arm day session. Both popular bodybuilders push each other to the next level in this epic training collaboration.
One of the most popular figures in bodybuilding today, Blessing Awodibu has come a long way in his career. Steadily rising through the ranks, Awodibu has learned the hard way on how to improve his physique. What a difference a year makes as Awodibu has gone from uncertain prospect to Olympia contender. He did so by making no excuses, going back to the drawing board and attacking his weaknesses and improving on his strengths.
Now it appears that Blessing Awodibu is looking to take his improvements even further. As Awodibu preps for the 2022 Olympia, the popular bodybuilder has recently joined forces with another very popular bodybuilding figure.
Ever since his last competition back in 2017, Kai Greene has blown up in popularity. From appearing on stints in Stranger Things to doing voice overs for UFC, Kai has officially transcended bodybuilding. With that said, Kai has never stopped training and still looks massive.
