Tavi Castro is back in the saddle after some bad business led to the shutdown of his brand Body Engineers.
In case you missed it, Tavi Castro got tangled up in some pretty serious beef last year over alleged extortion and mishandling of funds at his company Body Engineers. Essentially, Castro was being extorted by a business partner who staged a hostile takeover by lending and withdrawing money at a strategic time to manipulate the direction of Body Engineers and edge Tavi out of the company. Who could forget their famous protest-themed Christmas Instagram on the subject:
Luckily, after a lengthy trial in the Netherlands court, Tavi Castro was able to regain financial and creative control over his company. Kenny KO was also briefly (and obviously) involved in the dispute, adding fuel to the fire by circulating videos that allowed Tavi Castro’s blackmailer to further gaslight him and attack his reputation.
Thankfully, it’s all been put to rest, and Kenny KO crawled back to whatever rock he lives under. The incident has been resolved in Tavi Castro’s favor in court and now he’s in a better position to lead the company than he was before. After several months of litigation, Tavi Castro appears ready to reopen the company and start welcoming fans and bodybuilders alike.
The company sells workout gear aimed at the more serious gymgoer, many of whom are bodybuilders like Tavi Castro. As you can probably tell from the video, it has a very specific vibe that matches what Tavi Castro has clearly been working towards realizing all these months.
