Sadek put together a successful career in fitness from a young age.
The bodybuilding and fitness world has lost another member as the news broke that Jimmy Sadek has passed away. Sadek spent his time as a competitor and coach within the industry for many years. As of now, no cause of death has been shared.
A GoFundMe page has been started by friends and family where the news has been confirmed.
“It’s with broken hearts that we share the sudden passing of Jimmy — a devoted husband, a proud and loving dad to Apollo (2 years old), and a friend who was always there for everyone.”
Sadek began competing on stage as a teenager and would be able to turn this into a successful career. He also worked to help others improve as a coach in the fitness world. Sadek will be remembered by many for his kind personality, which made others feel cared for.
“Jimmy had a way of making everyone feel seen and cared for. He never hesitated to help someone in need, offer a laugh, or show up when it mattered most. His kindness and generosity touched so many lives, and it’s hard to imagine the world without his big heart and warm smile.”
Jimmy Sadek’s Fitness Career
Jimmy Sadek became known for his incredible dedication in and out of the gym. He was quick to share his training style and dieting tips to those who wanted to build a better physique. This came from over two decades of experience in the fitness world.
Sadek began competing as a teenager after finding a love for fitness at a young age. He was crowned the Teenage Mr. Australia in 2002 before going onto win the Junior National Championships three years later.
Many reports came out following Sadek’s death and fans flocked to share their thoughts of the bodybuilder.
“He will be remembered not only for his incredible physique and competitive spirit but also for his kindness, dedication, and love for his family. Jimmy leaves behind his beloved wife Verity and their son Apollo, whom he adored more than anything.”
Jimmy Sadek’s death follows an unfortunate string in the sport of bodybuilding. In September, Yeifer Asprilla passed away as he was beginning a career in Men’s 212. Asprilla became known as an up-and-coming star in the 212 division. He was able to build an impressive physique using a blend of his workout plan and diet led by his team. He was able to earn his pro card and was preparing to take the stage during the Pharlabs Mexico Pro/Am in October.
Just weeks prior, it was reported that IFBB Women’s Physique Pro Jessica Rivera passed away. Rivera put together an impressive bodybuilding career that earned her a Pro Card nearly a decade ago. She became known in Women’s Physique for her impressive conditioning and muscle tone. Rivera was able to become a strong competitor in the division over the course of her career.
Jimmy Sadek will be remembered for many things in the fitness world, including his great work on stage and in the gym along with his incredible personality.
