Bradley Martyn’s Surprising Technique To Build A Bigger Chest

Strength Wars Movie

It’s all in the variations.

There’s nothing worse than having a problem area as a bodybuilder. It’s frustrating, it’s maddening. To think, you can work your ass off in the gym, be dedicated to making changes to your physique, dieting right and having a great nutrition plan and still have an area in which you’re lacking. It’s one of the realities of being a bodybuilder that you’re going to have muscle groups that you just can’t seem to build up as easily as others. What the heck do you do when you’re faced with such an issue anyhow? Well, it could just mean that you have to think outside the box.

When we think about lagging areas on the body, we mostly focus on what we’re doing wrong, why the muscle won’t grow or shape to our liking. The truth of the matter is that we should be focusing on a different angle. We should focus on what can be done differently to build up that muscle group rather than what we’re doing incorrectly. No matter who you are, hitting a plateau is inevitable, especially if you don’t change up your routine from time to time.

For example, the pecs are a problem area of mine. They’re in decent shape by all means, but still don’t have that striation and development that’s desired and that’s a problem a lot of guys face when working on their chests. So what’s the solution to this issue? Changing up your routine of course. Finding a new way to do things is not only fresh, but can end up improving your gains in the long run.

Bradley Martyn is a tremendous athlete who actually suffers from the same issues a lot of other guys do. Despite his chest development appearing on point he has trouble building his upper chest and for that he had to think outside the box and come up with methods that would spark the growth in his pecs. Check out some the interesting and unorthodox methods he uses in order to build up his pecs.
