BRANCH WARREN’S INSANE SHOULDER WORKOUT

Generation Iron Branch Warren Shoulder Workout

He doesn’t just kill his quads.

When most people point out Branch Warren’s biggest attributes, many would say the man is known for his monstrous quads. In fact they’d probably go even further and talk about the bodybuilder possessing some of the greatest, most well defined legs in the sport since Tom Platz and Jay Cutler. They wouldn’t be wrong of course, the man’s legs put almost every other competitor to shame. But simply focusing on the man’s quads simply doesn’t do him enough justice.

Yeah he may have the nickname “Quadrasaurus” but that shouldn’t take away from the other muscle groups he worked hard to shape and build in the gym. Bodybuilding is a sport about creating the ultimate body through manipulating every last one of your muscles until you’ve sculpted the shredded and ripped form you so desperately seek. Branch no doubt is a believer in this school of thought. If his quads are his best attribute then likely he’d focus on other body parts as a means of being complete.

Branch also possesses massive boulder shoulders that could put any bodybuilder to shame. The bodybuilding veteran adheres to a strict regimen to mold and shape his shoulders and delts to perfection. Take a look at Branch’s signature shoulder workout that has made him into a bodybuilding champion.
