Cedric McMillan Begins His Comeback as He Returns to Serious Training

Cedric McMillan is working his way back to competitive form.

Cedric McMillan had a pretty raw deal at the end of 2020. Just before the 2020 Olympia, McMillan suffered a hand injury that would take him out of the competition. Now, the bodybuilder is back in action and looking to make a return to form.

After sitting out the rest of the 2020 season, Cedric McMillan is ready to get back to work. The 2017 Arnold Classic champion has commented that he’s looking small. While he may weigh 291lbs, the time away from serious training has likely made McMillan feel like he’s lost his impressive high level physique.

So now that it appears that he can get back to serious work, McMillan has thrown himself into his training.

Man the scale said 291 last night but I still look small haha hopefully as my workouts and meals are more consistent, I can gain some fullness.
My hand doesn’t bother me much now, grip is still weaker than my other hand, and my index finger ain’t completely right yet. Feeling much better tho.
Gym was full and I still recorded, so that was another big step for me 😊
Ps, ima start hittin yall with these 1min joints cause I know yall don’t look at the longer ones all the way, yall short ass attention spans haha

This second training video shows McMillan working shoulders. Specifically the bodybuilder is working his rear dealt in this clip looking to add size and strength to the muscle.

Rear delt cross body stiff arm cable row 🤓
