Champion Form! Phil Heath Shows Off Improved Abs in Recent Progress Pic

Phil Heath is looking in top form in recent progress pic.

After his defeat at the hands of Shawn Rhoden at the 2018 Olympia, there have been some individuals who have declared Phil Heath is yesterday’s news. The harsh reality of bodybuilding is that you can be on top of the world one minute then written off the next.

Others may have their opinion on the future of Phil Heath, but the former champion has remained largely silent choosing instead to keep his head down and carry on with life as usual.

A recent photo of Phil Heath sparked a ton of fan interest as he posed in a photo alongside 2008 Mr. Olympia Dexter Jackson and their respective wives. In the photo posted to social media, Phil Heath looked just as formidable as ever, putting to bed any thoughts that the seven-time Olympia champion was looking to step away from competitive bodybuilding for good.

Now just about a week removed from that photo, Phil Heath has posted a progress pic that is getting a lot of people talking. While many have stated that Phil Heath lost in 2018 due to his ab development, this recent progress pic is sure to shut up a lot of haters. Take a look at the pic below to see how far the former champ’s ab development is coming along.

This photo solidifies the idea that Phil Heath is far from done in competitive bodybuilding. Do you think the seven-time champion can make a triumphant return to the Olympia stage?
