Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov continue their long standing beef.
With all the talk of Conor McGregor heading into retirement, you’d think the Irish combat sports star would try to lay low and focus on other pressing matters. But as we’ve all come to understand, that just wouldn’t be the Irishman’s style would it. Instead, Conor McGregor seems like he’s still willing to trade barbs with active fighters over social media, despite all the retirement talk.
Many fans and experts believe that the former UFC Lightweight and Featherweight champion’s recent retirement isn’t on the level. Many are simply waiting for Conor McGregor to get his legal issues decided and anticipating that if all goes well that the former two-division champ will find his way back to the octagon. If his recent trash talk online says anything, it’s that Conor McGregor isn’t entirely done with the fight game just yet.
Recently, current UFC Lightweight champion and chief McGregor rival Khabib Nurmagomedov took to Instagram to address the fans about his much anticipated return to action.
Conor McGregor being the trash talker that he is couldn’t seem to resist the idea of poking fun at his old Rival. The former UFC champ took to Twitter to throw shade at Khabib Nurmagomedov.
You got your money took and your brothers eye socket shook when you fought me you little rat.

Not one to be outdone, Khabib Nurmagomedov fired back with a scathing response of his own.
@TheNotoriousMMA money comes and goes, the honor that you lost that evening will never return, live with it.
