CONTRACT SIGNED: SADIK WILL COMPETE IN THE OLYMPIA CLASSIC PHYSIQUE

Generation Iron Sadik Compete Mr. Olympia

We all saw it coming – but now it’s official.

Since the announcement of the Classic Physique division the newly minted category has been met with equal parts derision and excitement. Derision because many believe that bodybuilding competitions are overstuffed with divisions that “no one cares about,” though that’s just an opinion. Many fans have been waiting for the news for quite some time. While Open Weight bodybuilding may fulfill it’s own agenda of men getting as massive as humanly possible while still being shredded, many fans wish to see the kind of physiques that were glorified during the Golden Era of the sport. Enter the Classic Physique division and the limitless potential it has to offer.

Ever since the announcement of the new category, many believed that one man in particular was perfect for the division. Sadik Hadzovik is a man that many believed should be an Olympia champion in the Men’s Physique division, yet he has been thwarted by current champ Jeremy Buendia a handful of times. But Sadik’s frame always seemed too muscular and massive for the Men’s Physique category, as if he was being held back from becoming the massive beast that he was meant to be. Now that the Classic Physique has been created, many fans, including the GI Team, believe that Sadik is the uncrowned king of the division.

With the Olympia just a few short months away, athletes have been signing the contract to compete in the biggest bodybuilding show in the world. As of today it looks like we can add Sadik Hadzovik to the list of names of competitors at the Olympia. For the first time ever, Sadik has signed a contract that squarely cements him as apart of the Classic Physique ranks.
