How Craig Golias Gets As Huge As Possible Without Gaining Fat

Craig Golias breaks down how he builds his massive 300+ pounds physique without gaining too much fat.

Craig Golias is a behemoth of a bodybuilder. While he doesn’t focus on bringing his physique to stage-ready levels of shred, he has mass bigger than nearly every other bodybuilder on the planet. He currently sits at 330 pounds, he maintains an incredible amount of muscle rather than soft flabby fat. In our latest GI Exclusive interview, Craig Golias explains his tactics for building massive muscle without gaining too much fat.

Craig Golias is obsessed with being big. He’s so obsessed that he’s admitted that he probably suffers from bigorexia. But he doesn’t mind that as long as he can continue being huge. He currently sits at about 325 pounds but plans to push it even further after he heals from a previous injury. His new goal is to build up to 375 pounds of muscle while keeping his waist the same size. Is that even possible? He’s willing to find out and try to shock the world in the process.

But how does Craig Golias build so much muscle without becoming incredibly fat? The amount of food needed to increase your mass to his levels seem as if it would go beyond force feeding. That’s why we asked him to explain his mass building tactics in our recent video conversation.

Right off the bat, Golias admits that genetics play a huge role in this process. He doesn’t even think that he does anything particularly special in his eating habits. Many people believe that he eats at least six or eight meals a day. Golias claims quite the contrary. He says that he only eats four meals a day.

Even more shocking, he doesn’t do any cardio at all. When asked if he does cardio to keep off fat while building mass, he jokingly answered, “Does sex count?” The reason being that this is the closest extent that he has done cardio in some time.

For Craig Golias, what he aims to focus on is making sure he keeps visible abs in his waist. If he starts to have a soft midsection, he will pull back and put more focus on eating the right kind of food to make sure his abs stay visible.

At the end of the day, the looseness of his diet and lack of cardio is shocking to say the least. It’s proof that his original statement is correct. It is likely genetics that allow him to build so much mass without his waist and abs becoming flabby and fat. This might not be the answer that people are looking for on their quest to get massive, but it’s the reality that Craig Golias lives. Or at least, what he’s willing to admit to us during our interview.

You can watch Craig Golias’ full comments on building mass without fat in our latest GI Exclusive interview above. You can also see more of Craig Golias’ quest to be as huge as possible in our latest film – Bigorexia. Get it today on digital by clicking here or the banner below.
