Daniel Bell is no stranger to lifting massive weight.
The powerlifter has shown his proficiency as a lifter by smashing numerous records during his career.
The goal of a powerlifter is to seek out greater strength, always looking to achieve new personal records. Daniel Bell is no different.
While lifts in the gym don’t count as official records, it’s in training where all the hard work is done. Competing at meets is certainly the easy part. Breaking yourself in training is the name of the game. The more you can push yourself physically and mentally in the gym, the greater the results will be at an official meet.
Daniel Bell is proving that notion to be true with his recent lifts in the gym. Recently he smashed through a 865 Lbs squat.
But if you think that was something, Bell outdid himself on the next lift. Upping the weight to almost 100 Lbs, Daniel Bell crushed a 945 Lbs squat.
