DAVID HENRY LOOKING LIKE A BEAST BEFORE THE ARNOLDS

David Henry Arnbolds headerHenry is already looking show ready ahead of the 2016 event.

Heading into the 2016 Arnold Sports Festival many eyes are focused on the open weight division and who will be the bodybuilder to leave the stage victorious. It’s easy to see why everyone would be focused on the open weight division particularly since the competitors are some of the best the sport has to offer. After a long way away from the competitive stage Kai Greene will be making his long awaited return and he has some pretty tough competition awaiting him. Cedric McMillan, Branch Warren and Justin Compton to name just a few.

But open weight bodybuilding isn’t the only attraction fans will have their eyes on. The 212 division also has some intriguing match ups to offer as well. While many may be focused on Jose Raymond and Hidetada Yamagishi heading into the competition, David Henry is also looking pretty impressive heading into the 2016 show. The last time Henry competed at the Arnolds was 2014 where he took 2nd place behind James “Flex” Lewis, the top 212 bodybuilder in the world. Henry’s career has been up and down since then, many people counting him out when he’s up against the best of the best. However, it seems that this year David Henry has had some renewed vigor over the off season.

With only a few days away from the competition, the athletes are cutting water weight and preparing themselves for the showdown on stage. But even a week ago David Henry was already looking pretty impressive heading into this show. Check out the progress Henry has made during the off season and judge for yourself whether he has a chance at dominating the 212 division at this year’s Arnold Classic.
