If you’re willing to put the work in and push your body to its limits then you’re looking to make a major change to your physique. An individual who chooses the hard and arduous road of building what they believe to be the perfect physique never do so lightly. It takes a commitment, a drive, a passion in order to bring everything together. But it also takes inspiration as well.
Many avid lifters will have you convinced that they’ve always had a drive to become shredded and massive, that there was no real motivating factor, but that simply isn’t true. Everyone is motivated no matter how you try to frame things. The reality is that whether it was a comic book superhero or their favorite bodybuilder, there was either an ideology, someone or something that drove them to become the best version of themselves.

As bodybuilders go, there’s no doubt that Dorian Yates was one of the most motivating bodybuilding champions of all time. He was massive and brought forth the new age of mass monsters that dominate professional bodybuilding today. During his competitive days Yates was truly a monster among men and for those looking to attain a physique reminiscent of the Incredible Hulk, he proved that it was truly possible.
