Dwayne Johnson Trains with NHL Player PK Subban and Olympic Skier Lindsey Vonn

Epic training at the Iron Paradise.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has become synonymous with the words hard work and dedication. Why? Because it seems like the man has no off switch. Dwayne Johnson is constantly putting in work whether that’s in a board meeting, on screen, or in the gym. Frankly, the man seems more machine than man.

Johnson’s home gym, or “The Iron Paradise” as he calls it, has been set up to include the best equipment out there to meet every fitness need. There’s a reason why Johnson picked the name The Rock for his wrestling days. It’s obvious that he trains nonstop and in a facility like the Iron Paradise you can bet he’s putting in some serious work. Even four-time World’s Strongest Man Brian Shaw wants to train with the man.

Maybe some of that inspiration to train stems from his respect for CT Fletcher.

But Johnson hasn’t kept his paradise all for himself. From time to time the actor and wrestling star shares the space with other high level athletes. Recently he invited NHL player and New Jersey Devils’ member PK Subban and Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn to the Iron Paradise.

There, Johnson, Subban, and Vonn put in some serious work.
