Eddie Hall Destroys 80 Kg (176 Lbs) Dumbbell Press Like Nothing

Eddie Hall is strong as ever!

Building strength is a game of patience. One doesn’t just wake up with super strength. It takes a tremendous amount of fortitude and the realization that hard work is requirement for success.

Building solid strength is like building muscle. It takes a slow and steady approach, rooted in consistency and well monitored. A person’s strength can increase week to week, month to month, eventually growing exponentially.

That’s the exactly the approach 2017 World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall has taken in his strongman journey.

Despite being retired from strongman competition, Eddie Hall is still maintaining his insane strength. His training may have shifted to a focus on cardio and boxing due to his upcoming bout against Hafthor Bjornsson, but strength training for Hall is still a must.

The strongman took to Instagram to showcase the kind of insane strength he still possesses with an 80 kg (176.3 lbs) dumbbell press. If anyone thought Eddie Hall was getting weaker then they are sorely mistaken.

Eddie Hall is as strong as ever and plans to use that strength in his boxing match with Bjornsson.
