The 365 Lbs Eddie Hall Shows Improvement, Hurts Trainer During Mitt Work

Eddie Hall shows improved skill and power.

Boxing is an extremely difficult sport to get even half good at. The dedication necessary to excel in boxing is just as much if not more than any other sport. The intricacies of every combination. The details of each movement. There is so much that goes into crafting a skilled boxer.

Often times when individuals get into the game later in life, it’s far more difficult to master. But that’s exactly what former World’s Strongest Man champions Hafthor Bjornsson and Eddie Hall plan on doing.

Their bout isn’t until 2021 giving Hafthor Bjornsson and Eddie Hall plenty of time to prepare. While Bjornsson is transforming himself during camp, Hall is doing the same.

In a recent training session Eddie Hall showcased his immense improvements in both technique and power. In fact he was so powerful that he actually hurt his trainer with his punches.

With both men improving their skills, their boxing match could prove to be more entertaining than first anticipated.
