Eddie Hall Reveals Ripped Physique as he Performs Pull Ups at 360 Lbs Body Weight

Eddie Hall looks impressive and shredded.

Strongman competitors possess otherworldly strength and capability. They are forces of nature who are able to heft the kind of weight we imagine a comic book superhero could only take on. They are creatures that, through hard work and determination, have transformed themselves into super humans.

Often times though, these strongman competitors don’t really resemble the Hulk. More often than not, strongman competitors have powerful physiques, but not ones carved out of stone. You wouldn’t necessarily mistake a strongman competitor with a Greek statue. More often than not you’ll see individuals with powerful bodies capable of winning a game of strength. You’d be unlikely however to see a strongman competitor winning the Mr. Olympia competition.

It’s the nature of the game. Strongman competitors care about functional strength not how their abs look. But now it seems that one of the more prominent figures in the strongman sphere is turning that notion on its head.

Eddie Hall may be retired from strongman competition, but he’s still training hard. This time around, the 2017 World’s Strongest Man is aiming to compete with rival Hafthor Bjornsson in a very different kind of contest. The two strongman competitors will settle their rivalry in a boxing ring.

As such, Eddie Hall has been pushing himself hard in the gym in preparation. The boxing training he’s been undergoing has transformed his physique into something we’re not used to seeing. Eddie Hall had come to be known for his barrel chest and pot belly. Now we’re seeing something very different from the strongman champion.

Eddie Hall is looking ripped and shredded headed into his bout with Hafthor Bjornsson.

In his latest YouTube video, Eddie Hall gives a physique update and the strongman turned boxer looks drastically changed. Hall is even able to perform pull ups at 360 Lbs. Check out the full video here to see the impressive feat.
