Eddie Hall Smashes The World Record Dumbbell Press!

Eddie Hall is an absolute beast of a man.

That statement is in no way hyperbolic. Eddie Hall has proven time and again that he’s one of the strongest humans to ever walk the planet. While he may not be actively competing in strongman competitions these days, Eddie Hall is still maintaining the strength gains that made him the 2017 World’s Strongest Man.

Eddie Hall has also cut a great deal of fat and shown off a pretty impressive physique in his post strongman competitive career.

While no one would mistake Eddie Hall for Mr. Olympia, you can be sure that the former World’s Strongest Man has plenty of raw inhuman strength despite being retired from the game.

His most recent feat in the gym is nothing short of impressive as he put up a staggering amount of weight doing 110 kg dumbbell press, 242.5 lbs for you non metric scale users.

If there was any question that Eddie Hall was losing his strength, this video more than proves that he still has plenty left in the tank.
