No Hands, No Problem! Evan Singleton Does 805 Lbs No Hands Deadlift!

Who says you need hands to do a deadlift?

There’s nothing like some nagging injuries to completed throw off your training. While a minor injury can be an inconvenience, one requiring major surgery usually means you’ll be sitting on the sidelines.

For some, an injury is an excuse to sit on the sidelines. For others it just presents an opportunity to train in a new way. As a strongman competitor it’s merely a hurdle to be overcome.

Enter strongman Evan Singleton.

Despite just undergoing surgery on his bicep, Evan Singleton is still in the gym and he’s deadlifting some serious weight. Recently the 2019 Giants Live North American Champion performed a 805lbs/365kg deadlift with no hands!

Check out the crazy feat below.

“Just to see if I still had it. Found out I was able to pull heavy ish with no hands lol. Definitely won’t be doing this often but definitely happy that I can still pull with a bum wing. Never gonna stop working hard and with all that happened because of my arm tearing I’m meaner and hungrier than I’ve ever been.
