Recently the powerhouse strongman showcased just how much he’s recovered in his latest training video. The clip below shows Evan Singleton does a 400lb overhead press utilizing an axle bar for 3 reps. He hefts the weight and makes it all look too easy. Take a look at the herculean feat.

THE COMEBACK IS HERE!!!

Slowly getting back into event training and I’m loving that I’m feeling like my old intense self again! Went into axle just feeling it out and seeing where my pressing was with my arm and sure enough I’m feeling REALLY good!!! I wanted just a single but after feeling how incredibly easy that first one was in my head I said “I want 3” Also tried to be smart and stopped at 3 even though I had loads more in the tank.

So freaking happy to be hitting this weight again and to have it feel so incredibly strong. Might be ready for competition a little sooner than I thought ?????
