This Flex Lewis Back Training Video Will Provide You With Some Great Motivation

Flex Lewis always offers intense motivation.

Getting motivated to train each day can be a truly daunting task. When you have a goal in mind and the capability to get there it makes the road easier. But despite that, sometimes the training you must undergo is just too off-putting.

Becoming a bodybuilding champion takes an insane level of hard work. You’re not going to roll out of bed and look like Mr. Olympia. It takes days, weeks, months, years of consistent hard work to transform your body. While the end result can serve as motivation, sometimes it just isn’t enough. Sometimes you need a bit more motivation to put yourself through a grueling workout.

That’s where mentors come in handy.

Sometimes you have to see someone fighting the good fight to help encourage your own growth. Rather than look at another person’s hard work and success like a mountain impossible to overcome, you can view it as a piece of art that offer inspiration. The art of perseverance through struggle.

Former 212 Olympia champion Flex Lewis provides just that in many of his training videos.

Looking to make the leap to the Open Weight division, Flex Lewis is working hard. He’s packing on the muscle and to do that he has to thrash himself in training.

David Goggins often says it takes small successes to get to where you want to go. The next time you feel like you can’t push yourself just set a smaller goal. For Flex Lewis in this clip the goal simply could have been to get through this set rather than think on how much bigger he needs to become.
