Flex Lewis is looking to defend his 212 Olympia title for the final time.

When you’re looking to go out on top and leave a lasting impression on your peers and followers, then you’re going to have to push yourself harder than ever before. Many people want to have greatness without putting in the kind of hard work necessary that will ensure their names are remembered for all time.

Some believe that they can roll out of bed and make greatness happen by snapping their fingers. Too bad for them that simply isn’t true.

James “Flex” Lewis understands well that in order to truly be great that it requires sacrifice. Hoping to exit the 212 Division as champion, Flex Lewis is pushing himself hard to ensure his legend will live on long after he makes the switch from 212 to Open Weight.

In order to make that happen it means battling through adversity and pushing past the bumps in the road. Flex Lewis is battling stomach issues heading into the 2018 Olympia, but that hasn’t stopped him from training hard and pushing himself during his training sessions. The video gives an unfiltered look into the training of a champion and the kind of mindset needed to be remembered as one of the greats.
